In addition, information about a person who has passed away also qualifies as personal information because it can be related back to the surviving family.
Onoken only collects personal information in lawful and appropriate ways, and with a legitimate business purpose, clearly identifying the purposes and methods used to obtain the personal information.
Onoken will only use personal information for the purposes indicated when it was collected. Prior consent must be obtained from the individual if any personal information needs to be used for any other purpose.
Personal information is not provided to any third party without the consent of the individual. If personal information is provided to an outside source to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, the outside source must properly handle the personal information that the Company provided.

When an individual requests the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information, Onoken responds to these requests without delay and within reason, by following all laws and regulations, after confirming the identity of the individual.
Onoken provides education and training to executive officers and employees to ensure that they are aware of the importance and necessity of protecting personal information, and to implement specific measures for effective handling.
In addition to developing an internal system for protecting personal information, Onoken regularly makes voluntary inspections of the handling of personal information. Results of the inspections are used to make improvements and amendments when needed to maintain and improve the level of personal information protection.
